Looking for a therapist who is a bit messy, radically accepting, and very, very real?

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Kentucky in 2009 and my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University in 2012. After several years in community-based social work and advocacy in Baton Rouge and in rural Western Kentucky, I transitioned into clinical practice when my family and I moved to Lexington just before Covid.

I’ve tailored by practice to provide quality, supportive mental healthcare for all kinds of folks. I see clients at my office in Lexington and across Kentucky via Telehealth.

Outside of my work, I'm a mom to three little humans and one scruffy mutt and I've been married to my high school sweetheart for a very long time. To take care of myself, I love to read, practice yoga, do needlecraft, watch silly TV shows, and run. I prefer to be outside.

As a neurodivergent person, a busy working mom, and a human, I know how tricky it can be to find the right therapist. My hope is to be the kind of therapist I've needed for myself during hard seasons or times of transition. I’d be honored to walk alongside you — mess, honesty, TMI, and everything in between.

My office is meant to feel safe and comfortable—a place you can exhale. I keep lots of little treats, like snacks, fidgets, blankets, and candles around to help you settle in. If you don’t see what you need, please ask.

Albert, The Best Boy, is currently in training to be an office emotional support pup and is excited to join in on sessions when his training is complete. His preferred form of payment is chin rubs. :)
