Mental Health Therapy
The cornerstone of my practice is serving folks who might not otherwise be served. I’ve spent my career honing my skills to better serve my clients.
-
The world is pretty intense right now. Cultivating a safe space for folks in marginalized communities is a top priority for me. I welcome folks in BIPOC and LGBTQ communities and their allies. Additionally, I practice culturally humble, neurodiverse-affirming therapy.

Looking to make a career move?
Starting college and struggling with your newfound independence?
Experiencing identity issues and need someone to help you process them?
Dealing with an issue and need a sounding board?
Having a neutral third party like a therapist to work through these issues with can be helpful. Joining alongside folks in the decision making process and improving coping and overall functioning is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I’ve received specialized training from Postpartum Support International (PSI) to better support parents throughout the many phases and stages of parenthood. This support includes:
Planning and preparing for the birthing and postpartum experiences.
Identifying and treating depression, anxiety, OCD, and psychosis that occurs during both pregnancy and postpartum.
Processing and healing after pregnancy or infant loss, infertility, and/or traumatic births.
Navigating the physical, emotional, and psychological evolution of becoming a mother (known as matrescense) in a way that aligns with parents’ values.
Because the challenges of parenting don’t stop when the postpartum period ends, neither does my support. I work with many parents on navigating the ever-changing landscape of parenting in a way that fits the needs of the child, the family, and the parents.

I’ve received specialized training in multiple trauma treatments, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Whether your trauma is based in religious experiences, relationships, family, or none of the above, we can work together to make a plan to move towards healing.
FEES Sessions are $125 per session. Many clients choose to submit bills to insurance for reimbursement. You can verify your Out-of-Network benefits by completing this form.
